General terms of use - Client space (M.manage)

1. Access and account

To use the platform you must create an account and provide certain data needed for the service.

• The platform is reserved for professionals aged eighteen (18) or over.
• The information you provide must be yours, accurate, not misleading and free of any fraudulent purpose.

2. Services for client organisations

• The M.manage platform lets your organisation manage its consultants, sessions, invoicing and profitability.
• The partnership contract signed between your organisation and the company sets the commercial and financial terms; it prevails over these terms in case of contradiction.
• The person who creates or uses the account declares having the authority to bind the organisation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your organisation's information and of what you enter about third parties (consultants). Before entering a third party's personal data, you certify that the person has been informed and consents: they will receive an information notice by email.
• Reviews you write about consultants must be objective, factual and respectful; defamatory or insulting remarks are forbidden.

3. Account security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any activity carried out from your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone has obtained your credentials. Never share your verification code.

4. User obligations

You agree to:

• Not provide false information or impersonate a third party.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorisation.
• Not copy, mass-extract or reuse the platform's content.
• Respect the confidentiality of the exchanges, sessions and information you can access, and not record or publish them without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

The platform's content, trademarks, logos, texts and software belong to the company or its licensors. Any use, reproduction or publication on another site or by any other means without written authorisation is unlawful and infringes intellectual property rights.

6. Liability and availability

The company does its best to provide a high-quality, secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular during maintenance or Internet connection failures. Within the limits allowed by law, it is not liable for decisions you take based on information obtained through the platform, nor for indirect damage resulting from its use.

7. Suspension and termination

Any use contrary to these terms may lead to suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to civil or criminal proceedings and compensation for the harm suffered. You can ask to close your account at any time; contracts and invoices are kept for the legal period.

8. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the personal data protection policy, which is part of these terms and which you expressly accept, in accordance with Law n° 18-07. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Any change is notified to you and submitted for a new express acceptance before you continue using the platform. Each version is identified by its number, shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute is submitted to the competent Algerian courts.
